• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent qualification recognised by Central Government
• Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate with date of passing on or before 31.12.2026
• Final year/semester graduation candidates may apply provisionally subject to producing proof of passing by 31.12.2026
