How to Apply

1. Download/obtain the prescribed standard form of application prescribed in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette.
2. Fill in all required details carefully, including personal information, educational qualifications and contact details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of the required certificates and documents.
4. Affix the required ₹10/- Autonomous Council Court Fee Stamp with the application.
5. Enclose a self-addressed envelope measuring 11 cm × 5 cm, affixed with a ₹5/- postal stamp.
6. Mention the candidate's mobile number clearly in the application form.
7. Address the completed application to the Assistant Development Commissioner (Hills), Haflong, Dima Hasao, Assam.
8. Submit/send the completed application so that it reaches the concerned office on or before 17 September 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
