2. Click on the link for Advertisement Notification No. 09 of 2026 / Apply Online.
3. Complete the registration process and generate Registration Number & Password.
4. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, educational, cadre and category details. Apply only for the eligible Item Number / cadre.
5. Upload photograph, signature and other required documents as per the prescribed format.
6. Pay the application fee online through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Important Notes

• Candidates possessing qualification higher than 10+2 are not eligible for these posts.
• Additional 5 years upper age relaxation is available to eligible casual workers claiming additional weightage as per applicable J&K Class-IV special recruitment rules.
• Posts are available in various departments including Agriculture Production, Animal/Sheep Husbandry, Estates, Public Works (R&B), Higher Education, Culture, Floriculture, ARI & Trainings and others. Detailed Item-wise breakup is available in Annexure-A of the official notification.
• Final merit is prepared out of 100 marks as per S.O. 184 of 2020 and SRO 404 of 2018.
• Written test marks distribution: UT Cadre 85 marks, Divisional Cadre 80 marks, District Cadre 75 marks. Additional weightage for home division/district, family not in government service, widows/divorced/orphan girls, casual workers engaged for 5 years or more.
