Selection Process

1. 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)
3. Document Verification (DV)

How to Apply

1. Visit www.rrbapply.gov.in. Click Apply and then Create an Account. Already registered candidates can click Login Here.
2. Enter personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender), Aadhaar number, Email ID and Mobile Number, and create a password.
3. Preview the details and submit to complete one-time registration.
4. Login and open RRB NTPC Undergraduate Level Posts (CEN No. 07/2026).
5. Select the post and one RRB, fill educational details and upload photograph, signature and certificates.
6. Pay the application fee online and submit the form on or before 13 November 2026 (11:59 PM IST).
7. Save / print the submitted application for future use.

Important Notes

• Vacancies are tentative. RRB-wise and category-wise breakup will be published in the detailed CEN.
• Candidates can apply to any one RRB only.
• Typing posts may also require a skill / typing test as per the detailed CEN.
• Allowances as admissible to Railway employees will be extra.
• Final appointment will be subject to verification of original documents and prescribed medical standards.
• Exam pattern, syllabus and centre details will be given in the detailed CEN.
• Fee is payable online through the payment gateway on the RRB Apply portal. Refund rules, if any, will be as per the detailed CEN.
• Aadhaar details should match the Class 10 certificate.
• Only a single application is allowed.
