How to Apply

1. Download/prepare the Standard Form of Application prescribed in Assam Gazette Part-IX.
2. Fill in the application form correctly.
3. Mention your mobile number and e-mail ID.
4. Mention your Employment Exchange Registration Number and date.
5. Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates and documents.
6. Attach three self-attested passport-size photographs.
7. Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on top of the envelope.
8. Drop the completed application in the Drop Box maintained at the office premises.

1. Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates/diplomas
2. Age proof document
3. Employment Exchange Registration details
4. 3 self-attested passport-size photographs
5. Other relevant supporting documents as applicable

Important Notes

• Applications without required photographs, signature or supporting documents may be rejected.
• Only eligible Indian citizens can apply.
• Employment Exchange registration is mandatory.
• The registration number and registration date must be mentioned in the application.
• The Data Entry Operator candidate must appear in a Computer Skill Test.
• Three self-attested passport-size photographs are required.
• Incomplete or defective applications may be rejected.
• The post is purely temporary and will continue only as long as the Foreigners' Tribunal exists.
• Employees cannot claim continuation of service if the Tribunals are abolished.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Walk-in-Interview.
• No separate call letter will be issued.
• Applications received after 10 September 2026, 4:00 PM will not be accepted.
• Candidates already in Government service may apply through proper channel.
