How to Apply

  1. Visit the official website https://ssc.gov.in.
  2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already registered.
  3. Login and click on the link for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2026.
  4. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, educational and exam-centre details.
  5. Upload photograph, signature and other required documents as per SSC specifications.
  6. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) through UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card.
  7. Submit the application and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Important Notes

  • Total vacancies: 2,536 (tentative) for LDC/JSA and DEO posts.
  • Age limit: 18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2026 (born not earlier than 02.08.1999 and not later than 01.08.2008).
  • Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, PwBD (OBC) – 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years, and other categories as per Government of India / SSC rules.
  • Educational qualification must be possessed on or before 07.10.2026.
  • For specified DEO posts in Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Staff Selection Commission and Ministry of Culture: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject.
  • Application fee payment mode: Online only through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/RuPay Debit Cards.
  • Final selection based on performance in Tier-II (and qualifying Skill/Typing Test), subject to document verification and medical fitness.
