How to Apply

  1. Visit www.rrc-wr.com and open the Sports Quota online application link for Employment Notice No. RRC/WR/01/2026
  2. Register with a valid mobile number and email ID. Keep your 12-digit Aadhaar number ready (or 28-digit Aadhaar enrolment ID if the card is not yet received)
  3. Fill personal, educational and sports details carefully. Name, father's name and date of birth must match educational and sports certificates
  4. Upload the required documents and photograph/signature as asked in the form. Minority / EBC candidates claiming fee concession must upload the prescribed declaration or income certificate
  5. Pay the fee online, submit the application and take a printout for trial and document verification. After fee payment, edit option will not be available

Important Notes

  • Sports performance will be judged only on recognised events held on or after 01.04.2024 up to the date of notification
  • Only Senior National and recognised Junior National Championships listed in the advertisement will be counted
  • Rural meets, festival meets and similar tournaments will not be accepted
  • Volleyball (Women) certificates of events conducted by Volleyball Federation of India or its units after 02.01.2017 will not be considered, except certificates issued by the Association of Indian Universities and recognised International Federations
  • Powerlifting events conducted by Indian Powerlifting Federation or its units after 03.10.2017 will not be considered on the same basis
  • Weightlifting achievements will be counted in the updated bodyweight categories from 01.06.2025
  • Wrestling certificates issued for WFI or affiliated events after 10.03.2025 shall be considered
  • Additional Hockey norms (including specified international and Senior National results) are given in the detailed notification
  • Distribution of marks: Recognised sports achievements – 50 marks; Game skill, physical fitness and coach's observation during trials – 40 marks; Educational qualification – 10 marks (Total 100)
  • Minimum qualifying marks: Level-5/4 – 70, Level-3/2 – 65, Level-1 – 60
  • In case of a tie, the younger candidate will get preference
