Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications: Master’s degree in Hindi or English (with the other language at degree level) OR Master’s in any other subject with the prescribed Hindi–English combination at degree level; Recognized Diploma / Certificate in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, OR two years’ translation experience in Central / State Government offices including Government of India undertakings. The required experience is Two years’ translation experience in Central / State Government offices including Government of India undertakings (alternative to Diploma/Certificate). The maximum age limit is 30 years.
