Participation in two events at National Level or All Indian Railway Level
Participation in qualifying Scouts & Guides activities during the prescribed period
Valid Certificate of Active Service mandatory

Additional Relaxation

Eligible Railway employees, widows / divorced / judicially separated women, persons domiciled in J&K during the prescribed period, and other specified categories as per notification. PwBD: UR +10 years, OBC +13 years, SC/ST +15 years (subject to conditions).

₹18,000 – ₹56,900 + DA, HRA and other Railway allowances

Additional Requirements

Photograph in Scout/Guide uniform (3.5 cm × 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 50 KB–100 KB, clear front view, no cap or sunglasses)
Signature (3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 10 KB–40 KB, running hand in English or Hindi, not in BLOCK letters / typed)

Additional Information

The examination is common for Level-1 and Level-2 posts. Minimum qualifying marks in Written / Hybrid Exam: UR – 40%, OBC – 30%, SC/ST – 30%. Negative marking: 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
