The Southern Railway – RRC Chennai has announced 13 vacancies for Scouts & Guides Quota (Level-2) in Southern Railway & ICF Chennai.

Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications: 12th (+2) or equivalent with the prescribed percentage, subject to exemptions for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen and specified categories; For technical categories: Matriculation + Course Completed Act Apprenticeship, or Matriculation + ITI approved by NCVT / equivalent.

Additional Relaxation

Eligible Railway employees, widows / divorced / judicially separated women, persons domiciled in J&K during the prescribed period, and other specified categories as per notification. PwBD: UR +10 years, OBC +13 years, SC/ST +15 years (subject to conditions).

₹19,900 – ₹63,200 + DA, HRA and other Railway allowances

Signature (3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 10 KB–40 KB, running hand in English or Hindi, not in BLOCK letters / typed)

Additional Information

The examination is common for Level-1 and Level-2 posts. Minimum qualifying marks in Written / Hybrid Exam: UR – 40%, OBC – 30%, SC/ST – 30%. Negative marking: 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
