  2. Create a profile and upload the certificate of the highest medal/position or highest level of sports participation for the discipline mentioned in the advertisement
  3. Read the instructions and fill the online application for Constable (GD) Sports Quota carefully
  4. UR/OBC/EWS male candidates must pay the application fee of ₹100/- online. Female, SC and ST candidates are exempted
  5. Submit the application on or before 01 November 2026, 11:59 PM and save/print the completed form

  1. Sports achievement certificate (highest medal/position or highest level of participation in the sports discipline)

Important Notes

  • Total 126 posts of Constable (GD) under Sports Quota, including 72 for Male and 54 for Female candidates.
  • Age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 01.11.2026. Meritorious sportspersons get 5 years relaxation, with further relaxation of 3 years for OBC (NCL) and 5 years for SC/ST.
  • Educational qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board, along with prescribed sports achievement between 01.01.2024 and 01.11.2026.
  • Selection process: Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST), Detailed Medical Examination and Sports Trial Test (qualifying).
  • Application fee: ₹100/- for UR, OBC and EWS male candidates. Female, SC and ST candidates exempted.
  • Apply online only at https://recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in after uploading the required sports achievement certificate.
  • Applications without the required sports certificate will be rejected during scrutiny.
  • Selected candidates will be governed by the ITBPF Act, 1992 and Rules, 1994, and will be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad.
