Level-1 (Erstwhile Group 'D')

Qualification

• 10th Pass OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
• Scouting / Guiding Qualification (Mandatory): A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section; AND Should have been an active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years (Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-VIII); AND Should have attended two events at National level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND two events at State Level.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

• Age Limit: 18 to 33 years (as on the closing date of application). Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years (as per rules).
