  2. Click on the link for “Scouts & Guides Quota 2026-27” / “Apply Now”.
  3. Fill the online application form carefully with personal details, educational qualifications and Scouts & Guides details.
  4. Upload scanned copies of Photograph (20-50 KB), Signature (10-40 KB), Educational Certificates and Scouts & Guides Certificates (100 KB to 2 MB in PDF).
  5. Pay the application fee online through UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
  6. Submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Level-2 (Group 'C')

The Eastern Railway (Railway Recruitment Cell) has announced 5 vacancies for Level-2 (Group 'C') in Eastern Railway / CLW / Metro Railway.

Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications: Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a Government recognised Board/Council/Institution (50% not insisted for SC/ST/ESM/PwBD and candidates having higher qualification from UGC recognised University); OR 10th pass + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/ITI approved by NCVT.; Scouting / Guiding Qualification (Mandatory): A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section; AND Should have been an active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years (Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-VIII); AND Should have attended two events at National level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND two events at State Level..

Level-1 (Erstwhile Group 'D')

The Eastern Railway (Railway Recruitment Cell) has announced 10 vacancies for Level-1 (Erstwhile Group 'D') in Eastern Railway / CLW / Metro Railway.

Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications: 10th Pass OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.; Scouting / Guiding Qualification (Mandatory): A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section; AND Should have been an active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years (Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-VIII); AND Should have attended two events at National level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND two events at State Level..
