Level-2 (Group 'C')

Qualification

• Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a Government recognised Board/Council/Institution (50% not insisted for SC/ST/ESM/PwBD and candidates having higher qualification from UGC recognised University)
• OR 10th pass + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/ITI approved by NCVT.
• Scouting / Guiding Qualification (Mandatory): A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section; AND Should have been an active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years (Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-VIII); AND Should have attended two events at National level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND two events at State Level.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (as on the closing date of application). Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years (as per rules).
